August 15th, 2012 - Round Three of The "Got To Be NC Products" Competition Dining Series "Fire In The Triad" at The Painted Plate in Greensboro. This round pitted Chef Mark Grohman of Meridian Restaurant in Winston-Salem and Jonathan Wheeler of Greensboro's Southern Lights Bistro. The secret ingredient tonight was NC Watermelon and the winner was Chef Wheeler.
